To improve our service to you, we just moved to the new server this morning. If you experience some error messages while downloading schedule/user review data, such as “unrecognized leading character”, or whatever, don’t be panic. The easiest way to solve it is by restarting your iPhone/iPod/iPad.
If you don’t want to restart your device, then you have to wait until our new server is recognized by your internet provider DNS server. Usually, it takes one day so that all DNS servers recognize our new server.
Hopefully, by this server migration, you’ll have better experience in using Movreak.
